Warwickshire County Cricket Club has signed a new agreement with Birmingham-based fan-engagement firm Snaptivity to support the match day experience at international fixtures and Birmingham Bears T20 games at Edgbaston.
Keeping an eye on a game while also taking an all-important selfie can be tricky to negotiate sometimes, especially if you miss some of the crucial game action. Snaptivity is seeking to change this, by offering to do this on behalf of fans. To date, Snaptivity has been available at 18 combined sporting events since launching, while over 235,000 photos of fans have been taken, during these live trials.
Next season Man City will test Snaptivity’s filming technology at the Etihad Stadium where fans will be able to record ‘selfies’ from multi stadium cameras during key match moments for downloading, tagging and sharing across social.
